This was built by Aamodt / Plumb Architects in just a matter of 12 months from the initial idea being put in place and while that might not sound all that ‘fast’ it is remarkably quick for a home of its size.
The lowest level contains a guest room along with a laundry room and a smart hall while the first floor holds the living room kitchen and dining space. The top two levels contain the master bedroom bathrooms and additional bedrooms and offer a great view of the city landscape and beyond.
A large pool with an inviting deck space an open living area that brings the outdoors inside and bedrooms that offer complete privacy create an interior that is both functional and tranquil.
Designed by Renato D’Ettorre Architects the open plan living area of the beach house is draped in white along with native hardwoods that give it warmth and usher in a dash of visual contrast.
