Flowing wooden decks extend the living space outside with a vivacious pool area and outdoor Jacuzzi elevating the opulence of this Aussie home. On the inside a neutral color scheme coupled with varying finishes in straw terracotta timber and mud brick create a low-maintenance inviting and elegant atmosphere that marries countryside beauty with a dose of modernity.
Both the living area and the bedroom of the residence open up towards the tranquil curated and modern courtyard that is complete with a refreshing pool. Spread across two different levels a neutral color scheme concrete floors and a healthy splattering of marble backdrops and countertops ensure that there is no shortage of lavishness in the air!
A beautiful painted brick wall in the living space and metallic finishes carefully intertwined with the very structure of the home give this rejuvenated dwelling its distinct rustic-modern vibe that is both relaxing and refreshing.
Designed by Renato D’Ettorre Architects the open plan living area of the beach house is draped in white along with native hardwoods that give it warmth and usher in a dash of visual contrast.
Instead of one large structure the architects opted for two smaller volumes that make the most of the views on offer. The garden outside is filled with a variety of plants and lined with large stones and it seems to unite and bind the two volumes giving a sense of visual cohesion.
